CosiG Ambassador Program – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in becoming an Ambassador for CosiG. This document outlines the terms and conditions that govern your participation in the CosiG Ambassador Program. By applying to be a CosiG Ambassador, you agree to comply with the following terms:
1. Eligibility
1.1 Age Requirement: Your account must be parent supervised if you are under 16 years old.
1.2 Geographic Requirement: The Program is open to residents in Australia only.
1.3 Active Social Media Presence: You must maintain an active, publicly visible social media account(s) (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and a genuine connection with your audience.
1.4 Dance, Cheer or Fitness Focus: Ambassadors should be actively involved in dance, fitness, or similar communities and align with CosiG’s brand values of empowerment, movement, and self-expression.
1.5 Exclusivity: You must not be involved with any other dance wear brands in Australia.
2. Program Benefits
2.1 Discounts and Commissions: Ambassadors will receive a % discount on CosiG products and will be given their own code to share with the public.
2.2 Exclusive Product Launches: Ambassadors can be offered early access to new collections or exclusive products for promotion.
2.3 Content Creation: Ambassadors can be requested to create specific content (e.g., social media posts, photos, and videos) featuring CosiG.
2.4 Recognition: Ambassadors will be featured on CosiG’s social media, website, or marketing materials, with appropriate credit given.
3. Ambassador Responsibilities
3.1 Content Creation: As part of the Program, Ambassadors are expected to create and post content showcasing CosiG products, aligning with the brand’s image and guidelines. Content may include photos, videos, blog posts, or product reviews.
3.2 Brand Representation: Ambassadors should represent CosiG in a positive and professional manner, both online and offline, and ensure their content aligns with CosiG’s core values.
3.3 Compliance with FTC Guidelines: All content must disclose your partnership with CosiG by tagging them in photos/videos that showcase their product.
3.4 Usage of Promotional Codes: Ambassadors must promote their personalised referral codes in their biography
3.5 Activity Requirements: Ambassadors are expected to maintain regular posting activity, with a minimum of 4 per month featuring CosiG products, subject to review by CosiG.
4. Brand Guidelines
4.1 Approved Messaging: You must follow CosiG’s approved messaging and content guidelines, ensuring that all posts reflect the values of the brand.
4.2 Intellectual Property: By participating in the Program, you grant CosiG permission to use your content (images, videos, testimonials) on their website, social media, and other marketing materials, with proper attribution.
4.3 No Modifications: You are prohibited from modifying CosiG logos, trademarks, or promotional materials without prior approval from CosiG.
5. Program Termination
5.1 Voluntary Withdrawal: You may choose to terminate your participation in the Ambassador Program at any time by providing written notice to CosiG.
5.2 Removal by CosiG: CosiG reserves the right to terminate or suspend your participation in the program if you fail to meet the program requirements or breach any terms outlined in this agreement.
5.3 Return of Discounts and Products: Upon termination, your discount code will no longer be active.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Confidential Information: During the Program, you may receive confidential information about CosiG products, marketing strategies, or business operations. You agree to keep this information confidential and not share it with third parties without prior approval from CosiG.
7. Limitation of Liability
CosiG will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program, including but not limited to any issues related to product quality, content creation, or third-party interactions.
8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Modifications: CosiG reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the Program will constitute acceptance of any new terms.
9.2 Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between you and CosiG and supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
By submitting your application to become a CosiG Ambassador, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
