Our intention at CosiG is to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their purchase.
Whilst our garments are made using high quality fabric and textiles, keep in mind that these fabrics are often delicate and must be treated with care. If you are unsure on how to best care for your garment, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com for help.
Note that all items are subject to the following conditions:
- CosiG will not replace or exchange items that are damaged through wear and tear, damage from contact with liquids, make up or rough surfaces.
- CosiG will not replace or exchange items that have not been cared for as recommended in our Product Care guidelines.
How to process an exchange or refund:
Click the link provided at the top of this page, and you will be redirected to our returns portal. If unable to do so please follow the steps below.
- Please take a copy of the original invoice and include it in your return with your exchange request noted.
- Return to: CosiG Returns Unit 5 5-7 Villiers Drive Currumbin Waters QLD 4223
Email your tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once received, we will process your request.
All refunds are refunded to the original payment method.
Should you receive an item that is deemed faulty by us, we will:
- Replace the item with the same item subject to availability or offer a refund if an exchange of the same item is not possible; and
- Cover the cost of return postage together with the cost of sending the replacement item.
Contact our Customer Service team on 0410 666 856 to report a faulty item within 7 days of your order being sent. Please take photographs of the fault and be ready to email them through. In the event that the particular item has sold out and cannot be replaced, a full refund will be issued on the original purchase price. Alternatively, we will offer the opportunity to exchange the sold out item for another product with any difference in price to either be credited or charged accordingly.
If you purchase the wrong size garment, we can arrange an exchange for another size if it is available, within 7 working days of goods being received. If the desired size is not available we will offer you an alternative style or a refund at your request. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with CosiG tags attached together with original packaging.
Change of Mind
In accordance with ACCC guidelines we are not required to provide a refund for change of mind, however we are happy to provide an exchange for change of mind within 7 working days of goods being received or a store credit. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with CosiG tags attached together with original packaging. Please email or phone us to arrange the return.
CosiG and Aayley Jade Swimwear
In the interests of hygiene, please ensure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. All swimwear items must be in new and unused condition with all tags and any hygiene stickers attached to qualify for a return. For hygiene reasons we do not accept change of mind on swimwear where the hygiene strip has been removed.
Refunds Not Accepted
Refunds will not be given for:
- Products that have tags removed, have been worn or washed
- Sale items
Item(s) purchased on SALE are not eligible for refund and can be exchanged only. These styles are located in the Sale collection via the website.
